We are currently viewing health as an 'after the fact' luxury that we only pick up once we're already sick, or lacking capability, or not looking the way we want to. We view natural nutrition as deterring us from happiness. We have to start looking at these things as the way we're supposed to be operating. Move a lot every day. Smile, laugh every day. Eat natural foods. These should be our DEFAULTS, not things we pick up only when we're 'too far gone'.
