It started with Larry Fink - the CEO of Black Rock Management, writing a letter to Black Rocks CEO network about purpose. After a number of weeks diving deep into conversations of corporate and collective purpose, this week it’s time for a change of pace...and that is why today I have chosen to step into purpose as a spiritual path.With regards to the activation of purpose, I have pondered whether I would choose to dive into the spiritual components of purpose given many of my interviews have had a core focus on the more tangible qualities of personal purpose or organisational purpose. However in stepping into my truth, I cannot separate the activation of purpose, from the spiritual journey it presents us with.
