Decoding Purpose

Hello and welcome to today’s episode of Decoding Purpose. After a number of weeks diving deep into conversations of corporate and collective purpose, this week it’s time for a change of pace...and that is why today I have chosen to step into purpose as a spiritual path.With regards to the activation of purpose, I have pondered whether I would choose to dive into the spiritual components of purpose given many of my interviews have had a core focus on the more tangible qualities of personal purpose or organisational purpose. However in stepping into my truth, I cannot separate the activation of purpose, from the spiritual journey it presents us with. Like a practice of faith, the pursuit of purpose is also a practice.All of that said, I do want to say that this is not a conversation that is about any particular religion or belief, as that like the pursuit of purpose is something that is deeply personal.
