Does Your Salon Actually Need Paid Ads?
31/08/2024 Duración: 31minYou're a Salon, not a charity… The world of marketing can feel overwhelming… you have emails, newsletters, the ever growing list of social media platforms and of course, ads! But is the time and money you’re spending on these marketing channels really worth it? Or are you pouring money down the drain? Marketing channels are there to market your Salon, but if they’re not bringing clients into your door (that rebook too!)… you may need to re-evaluate your marketing strategy. Because there’s no value to your business in spending hundreds and thousands of dollars a month on marketing if none of those new clients ever rebook! Otherwise, you’re basically donating money to Meta like it’s a charity. I’m excited to share this conversation I had with Belinda, the Ads expert who knows how to create ads that convert clicks into long term clients. Here is Does Your Salon Actually Need Paid Ads? Beauty Bias: Is Your Salon ACTUALLY Inclusive?
18/04/2024 Duración: 30minYou are too fat to be seen here…. As an industry (and the world), we’ve made efforts to be more inclusive. Inclusion and diversity workshops and training sessions aren’t really the norm. But it’s time we start having those conversations with our team so that every client feels welcomed. I wanted to share with you the importance of inclusion and diversity in your Salon and how you can have those important conversations with your team. In today’s episode, I’m chatting to Sky McLaughlin from La
