He's not only accomplished those two, he's also hit his third goal which was to improve his performance on the cricket pitch. As a recreational cricketer, he's gone from playing in the over 40s to now knocking it about with the 20 year olds.     After losing her uncle to brain cancer, Arpna spiralled. Grief told her, “Life’s too short… eat what you want, drink what you like.” But the deeper truth hit harder: Life’s too short to waste it feeling tired, sluggish, and disconnected from your best self.
