The generational makeup of organizations and companies are more diverse than ever.  We have multi-generational workspaces, households and even families that have been shaped differently.  There are children that are having their viewpoints shaped through their experiences during COVID-19, protests, technology advances and a call for more diversity.  We also have our seasoned elders who went through different types of pandemics and had different experiences that shaped how they view the world.
