Your Phone & Social Media Are A Waste Of Time

Gary didn’t use his phone for an entire week whilst on holiday and over that time he completely changed his relationship with his phone and work. Gary realised social media is a complete waste of time. The time you spend on social media must be set with a clear intention such as direct response marketing, interacting with people who are interacting with your content or scheduling content. Another thing Gary noticed was that his time on his phone was taking away from the quality of the relationships with his family. Being on your phone will make people feel they cannot talk to you because they will feel like they are bothering you.
