19/04/2022 Duración: 54minAfter finishing recording this episode with Pavan, I sent a message to our Team Slack channel immediately highlighting that if you were ever in doubt of why we do what we do, listen to this episode. Because Pavan’s story here is the power of the RNT Transformation Journey in full effect, as he talks about how starting RNT became the catalyst for him to reveal the biggest secret of his life to his parents, and to finally open up about his sexuality with them. 11/04/2022 Duración: 45minAs a busy, working mother of two young boys, Shwetha had always tried to stay fit. She thought she made really good food choices, she ran regularly and practised yoga and pilates. Heading towards her 40s she believed that sporting well-defined abs after two pregnancies was a pipe-dream! She thought she would never be able to increase her strength levels so she never ventured anywhere near the weights area at the gym. She was convinced that this was as good as it could ever get! All of these myths were completely debunked after joining RNT! Her strength levels have certainly shot up and her running has gone up a few notches. But more importantly she is filled with confidence and feels so much more sure of herself. In this podcast she talks more about her journey to strength and how she overcame her own negative self-limiting beliefs. Timestamps: 00:02 - What are the series of moments that led you to your RNT journey? 03:26 - What was going on Shwetha's mind when she was reading these success st

It all starts when Tapan suffered with extremely rough symptoms of covid-19 very early on, before any of the lockdowns. After recovering, he proceeded to “celebrate” by gaining about 10-15kg in the space of two months, until his trigger moment, when he ran out of any clothes that fit him! Having tried in-person personal trainers for many years, as well as trying to achieve the body he’d always wanted for over 25 years, he decided enough was enough, and he wanted a blueprint that worked for busy, time-strapped high performers like himself, who didn’t have star studded genetics. That’s when he came across RNT, and after being skeptical about working with an online company, he later says in this episode, it was the single best investment of his life, just as he turns 50 years young this year. Ep 248 - AV Solo 10.0 | Top 20 Things I Learned In 2021

I met my now wife, Chandni, in the middle of 2018, and at the end of every year I’ll ask her, “has this been your best year yet?” And every year, my answer has always been a resounding yes. I couldn’t imagine getting to the end of the year and not thinking, “damn, who was I a year ago?!” Before I write my top learnings for the year, I look back at past entries and check if I’ve taken forward the learnings. Some are a work in progress - like managing my sleep and stress. Others feel like a different lifetime - from my way of thinking, view of life and personal development.
