Found a great article that brings up some awesome points about the importance of humor.  So many benefits for our health, our relationships, etc. Once again, think about things like that that you can bring to your team, program, group, etc.  All of these things help to strengthen our connections with each other.  Teams that do this - they will find more success in many areas - more so than just victories.   Pick something or a few things off of this to try today!!

Humor sure does help throughout life & if you can laugh at yourself a little bit - that's even better.  Also, try and surround yourself with people that can laugh with you too... it helps the journey that we are all on together.  :-)
