This week I have the amazing Sarah from Another Mother Runner. Sarah and her business partner started their business in 2010 after co-writing Run Like a Mother together. Putting yourself out there and being vulnerable is important to growing your business but one of the greatest gifts we can receive as business owners is help! As Steve Jobs said, "Great things in business are never done by one person. They're done by a team of people."

This week is one of my oldest friends from my crazy and wild days in the entertainment industry. I can truly say that Kermet is one of the nicest, most special, awesome dude in the entire world. Lee Weinstein is a former Nike public relations leader who is now an entrepreneur. He has worked for a United States congressman and an Oregon governor and served on numerous nonprofit boards of directors. Weinstein, president of PR Boutiques International—an association of 40 PR boutique agencies worldwide—is an experienced facilitator and frequent public speaker. His article “The Restless Soul in the Bathroom Mirror,” about his career relaunch, which occurred because of this Intentional Life Planning approach, was published in The New York Times. His career has spanned over 25 years, creating large scale projects along with the formation of real estate development, sales, and management companies. Robert volunteers as a reserve police officer for the Portland Police Bureau and holds the rank of Commander. He was awarded the Police Medal (for valor,) two Distinguished Service Awards from the Oregon Peace Officers Association, and many other commendations and citations. He has served on Portland’s Charter Commission, several nonprofit boards, and has been active in civic, neighborhood and community projects.
