Lacey Magen is a teacher turned nurse, and founder of The Empowered Nurse. After discovering that her heart wasn’t invested in teaching, Lacey joined an accelerated BSN program and started a career in electrophysiology. Since her beginning days in healthcare, Lacey engaged in personal development practices to build up her confidence and combat poor mental health. Through these practices, she improved her emotional intelligence and discovered her purpose--nurse mentorship! Starting out on social media, she developed a full mentorship program geared toward helping new nurses navigate the challenges of nursing.
