This week we sat down with experienced nurse, entrepreneur, coach, and founder of PX Coaching, Grace Marin. Appointed as a nurse coach later in her career, Grace found her calling in helping nurses improve the quality of care, metrics, and their overall satisfaction working at the bedside. Continuing to coach independently in 2018, Grace decided to make things official and start her own healthcare coaching business which launched in 2019. Not only did Grace have complete control over her schedule as a coach, but she started making 6-figures right away! Although Grace’s business slowed down during the pandemic, she religiously marketed PX Coaching, which eventually paid off two years down the line. Grace continues to grow her business today and currently has some ideas in the works, including group coaching sessions–so stay tuned for that! Grace also mentions the importance of outsourcing certain professional tasks, the value of coaching support, and touches on her vision for the future of PX Coaching.
