Founder of Harmony House, Wendy Brofman has over 25 years of experience working in healthcare, including private duty nursing and home care capacities. As a breast cancer survivor, Wendy started on her journey to reinvent herself knowing that she didn’t want to work for anyone else ever again. Coming across a home one day, Wendy purchased the house and opened up her own respite care center for seniors--Harmony House. Harmony House provides temporary care for seniors and gives primary caregivers an opportunity to refresh and reset. Resembling a B&B for seniors, Harmony House is a four-bedroom home that provides professional care for seniors in a relaxed and warm environment. Navigating the ins and outs of being a boss and business owner, Wendy is still learning how to care for the needs of her patients and staff.
