Our guests Michelle & Tracy are the co-founders of MissingLogic, LLC. Both with unique backgrounds in nursing/respiratory therapy, Michelle & Tracy’s paths crossed at hospital orientation, and they’ve been working together for three decades since. Working for over 25 years with a large global company that focused on healthy healing work culture, this dynamic duo fulfilled their legacy career and branched out on their own. MissingLocic began in 2018 as a resource for healthcare leaders and organizations to combat burnout and create thriving work environments for medical professionals and leaders. Taking a systematic approach to burnout, Michelle & Tracy use a mechanism called Polarity Intelligence™ to help leaders and organizations thrive.
