Our guests from the WellNurse Group, also called the Fifth Window, are a team of nursing professionals that joined up to tackle the difficulties of burnout in the healthcare profession. Originally a group of 10 nurses, this team is hyperfocused on self-care for nurses through apps, live streams, and other forms of continued support for nurses. By bridging the gap for healthcare professionals and wellness resources, Fifth Window is aiming to use application technology that is customized to specific organizations and individuals. With mental health check-ins, the application will help organizations understand the wellness status of their nurses and prevent poor mental health conditions and high turnover rates at the bedside.
