This week’s guest Janine Kelbach, RNC-OB, is the founder of Savvy Nurse Writer, a company that shows nurses how to create their own freelancing writing businesses. Janine has an extensive history working as a nurse in several roles--but mentions that something was always missing. This missing piece ended up being the freedom and flexibility to control her schedule to be a better mother and nurse. Once Janine had her second child she turned a new leaf, and started a new journey where she could have more control over her schedule. When Janine was offered a position in home care she quickly realized that she liked working on her own! However this position took a frightening turn and Janine ended up resigning.
