The 10th Annual Polar Bear Dip and Dash  Join me and we'll brave the arctic temps and howling winds of Portland's Back Cove on this 3.1 mile New Year's Eve Day run to benefit the Naural Resources Council of Maine. You'll experience a frosty 5k from the comfort of wherever you are right now!
