Join me and 680+ runners and a Sasquatch, as we make our way around Cape Elizabeth Maine in the Maine Track Club's Mid-Winter 10 mile Classic. I'll introduce you to a few of the folks that I met along my way. I'll also share what worked and didn't work with my "just going to run it approach" to the course. We'll discuss how staying consistently active may be one of the keys to longevity. We'll talk with PBM Coach Carrie McCusker about training for endurance events and the importance of rest and recovery as we move north of 40!
