Lambo Goal

Inherently, we're all selfish. Sure, we care about the greater good and it's fun to work on big projects with others, but ultimately we all have our own goals we want to achieve. As a business owner, you have big goals. You have aspirations and you're working hard to put the necessary things in place to achieve those goals. You're communicating your vision with your employees and you're painting the big picture for them so they can get on board. But if you stop here and share your vision, you're missing out. You need to help your employees reach their goals. I was watching a talk by a billionaire at a conference last week and he said the first question he would ask new hires was, "What one, big goal do you need to accomplish in your life before you die?" Then he followed up with, "It's my job to do it for you."
