Following a few interviews, Heather is back on her own this episode talking about NEAT (non-exercise activity thermogenesis). We focus so much on the time we spend in the gym that we completely forget about all of the energy we spend fidgeting, walking around or clacking at a keyboard and it all adds up. Our NEAT is just as important as our work in the gym, if not more important as that's what we're doing all day. It's important to keep active, an hour in the gym doesn't mean you can spend a day sitting on the sofa after that. Sometime's it's better to do it the other way around and stay active during the day.
