At just 14 years old, Joshua established this non-profit organisation to provide crucial peer-to-peer mentoring support to young people across the UK. Having faced his own struggles as a teenager, Joshua saw the need for this kind of service and took it upon himself to make sure that other young people wouldn't feel alone in their struggles. He now leads a team of over 130 staff members, driving clear, progressive strategies that continue to grow the organisation. Apart from running Teenage Helpline, Joshua also works full-time for ExxonMobil as an EAME Business HR Advisor and the UK I&D Lead. He is instrumental in developing and delivering key I&D strategies and initiatives to promote employee wellbeing and togetherness in the workplace.
