The concept of sanity.  How crazy is too crazy?   Just like anything in life you can have too much.   Or too little.  Is too much sanity possible? Not enough insanity can also be an issue. Noncompos mentis.  meaning "not of a sound mind". How do we tell if someone is not mentally sound to stand trial? Should we hold everyone to the same standard of Right vs. Wrong.? When is too much insanity, how much is too much? Regardless of the precise legal standard, the insanity defense is rarely raised and even more rarely successful.
