"Challenge To CEO's Using Contingency Recruiting Firms" | @Riderflex - Many hiring managers are under a false impression that using a contingency recruiting service appears to be cost effective. Couldn't be further from the truth.  Contingency recruiters do not spend an appropriate amount of time recruiting or interviewing candidates. Contingency recruiters only race resumes to hiring managers, burning their time from having to review 20 profiles, as opposed to interviewing actual candidates.
