The weekly DIII podcast from IL is a lengthy one and features some of Kap and Caleb's best work. Join the guys as they recap the past week of action and set the table for this week's conference playoff activity. Among this loaded episode is a Top 5 moment in DIII podcast history as, much to Big Dog's dismay, F&M downed Muhlenberg in OT mid-recording. IL's Terry Foy and Nick "Pack Your Bags" Ossello are back to discuss a weekend of action, starting with Virginia's win over Notre Dame that took what could've been a very clean No. 1 seed scenario and muddied it all up. From there, they discuss the game of the weekend — Cornell's OT victory vs. Princeton to clinch the Ivy League Tournament No. 1 seed — and to a post mortem on Harvard's campaign after their loss to Yale that secured the Bulldogs the No. 4 spot. They rank "weird seasons" and argue about Loyola vs. Marquette while unpacking the final weekend of Patriot League and Big East action (including a colorful tour of Valley Fields that somehow ends up in West Philadelphia). They discuss the Big Ten Quarterfinals and make predictions for who's going to capture the Land Grant Crown, then end by discussing the Electric Game of the Weekend that had no stakes: Merrimack's win over Bryant.

The regular season comes and goes so quickly. One day you’re reading pre-season All-America lists and coordinating layers of cold weather gear in your team colors for the home opener, and then the next thing you know its Senior Day. Time flies when you’re having fun. This season has been a joy. While some teams will take the field for the last time this weekend, for many others this week presents an opportunity to continue living the dream with their teammates. IL's Terry Foy and Nick "Not Bad" Ossello are back to unpack a Top 50 Rivalry in College Lacrosse — Hopkins vs. Maryland — and the Blue Jays' dramatic 12-11 victory in College Park on Saturday night. Then, they discuss Army's 11-6 win over Navy and how the Black Knights captured their first Star since 2019. Shifting back to the Big Ten, Penn State took care of business in the Friendship Cup vs. Rutgers and Michigan used a 10-goal third quarter to beat Ohio State and set up a rematch this week in the Big Ten Quarterfinals.

One of the great things about college lacrosse is that there are always many important games every week of the season. Week in and week out it's consistently good. Always. But then Rivalry Week comes, and it’s just better. The tradition and history in the series. The familiarity of the teams. The disdain, yet often mutual respect, between fanbases. The bragging rights to the victor. Then add in the fact that it comes late in the regular season, and the Rivalry Game means there are usually post-season implications at stake. The episode features a look back at the past week of action and the guys highlight their top games. A full discussion of Top 20 and Top 30 movement makes up the bulk of the episode for a more general state of the union than previous episodes. The end of the season is in sight for IL's Terry Foy and Nick "Sprinter, Not a Marathoner" Ossello, and they start by discussing the Big Ten matchups — Maryland's win at Rutgers, Hopkins' victory vs. Ohio State and Penn State's comeback in Ann Arbor — as there is now just one week left in the B1G regular season. They touch on Duke's extended winning streak vs. Virginia — and the game's crazy finish — then dive into Syracuse's comeback over Carolina. They wrap by dissecting the Big East, including Georgetown's overtime triumph at Marquette and Denver's two-game swing that required coming from behind to beat St. John's.

It's not often that IL's Terry Foy and Nicky "Two Hands" Ossello start their weekend recap by discussing something other than the No. 1 vs. No. 2 matchup (one in which Nick's beloved alma mater won, no less), but it's even less often that a national TV game features a controversy around an obscure rule lights lacrosse social media on fire. That's right, there's only one place to start: #GloveGate And boy are the takes spicy. From there, they discuss the rest of the B-A-N-A-N-A-S Big Ten action before finally getting to the Fighting Irish's 17-12 win over Duke, then finishing up with a similarly whacky slate of Ivy League results.

IL's Terry Foy and "Stinky" Nick Ossello got their Sunday morning off to an unusual start, but quickly right the ship as they dive into discussion of Michigan's 16-11 win over Maryland — the biggest in program history. They then typewriter back to Friday night to discuss Duke's 16-14 win over Virginia in a rainy Charlottesville, then head north to the Dome where a controversial goal ruling had *nothing* to do with the outcome of Notre Dame's 20-12 win over Syracuse. Conference play is in full effect, so the duo transitions to a pair of Friday night upsets — Utah over Jacksonville and Navy over Boston U — then set the table for the Big East, Atlantic 10 and Ivy League updates.

Every conference is starting league play and spring is finally in the air.
