So much has happened in our lives, so much has happened in our nation, so much has happened in our families; some were pleasant while others were not too pleasant, yet the Lord has brought us thus far. Today, the Lord is calling you to give Him praise for all that He has done in your life, family and Church. Do not hesitate to sing and dance to the Lord and also make sure you bring Him a worthy offering in appreciation of all that He has done. As we prepare to hear God through His servant this week, each of us must do all that is necessary in order to be blessed and to have tangible testimonies before and after this week of revival. You must:-Prayerfully prepare to see God-Open your heart to receive from Him no matter how simple or hard the messages come.-Be ready to make every necessary amend.-Produce fruits that befit repentance- Matthew 3:8.God is faithful and has promised to be with His people when they come with expectations as they gather in His name (Jeremiah 29:13). Do not let this week go without receiving something specific from the Lord. It is your season, it is your time, so arise and be blessed.

The God we serve also has expectations from us His children anytime we gather to worship Him or offer our service to Him. We must renew our understanding of God and follow His requirements for us so that our worship can be acceptable in His sight. He wants us to worship Him with clean hands and pure hearts, that way, our worship will be meaningful and acceptable. Today, God is calling each of us to examine ourselves in the light of His Word and see if we really are offering acceptable worship to Him or not. He is offering you an opportunity to make amends wherever you have failed and make yourself pleasing to Him. May the Lord bless and accept your worship and service in His vineyard in Jesus name.

This is because it seems there is danger everywhere, even in the so called advanced countries and despite advancement in technological gadgets. We are in the ember months and some have labeled the months of October to December as months that bring with them some evil occurrences. As a child of God, you need to understand the God you serve and the assurances you have in His word. You need to know how great He is and how committed He is to your security and well being. God is all that you need to stay safe and as long as you obey His words, know that all will be well.

Say HiIt is a fashionable thing to be a Christian today. Several people profess to be Christ followers and every street in our major towns and cities are saturated with Churches of different types and sizes. Yet, new forms of evil and sins abound everywhere. What account for this contradiction is the lifestyle of many who only claim to be Christians but are very much unlike Christ. They appear saintly on Sundays but week days they manifest their true inward being full of corruption, greed and all forms of uncleaness. The obvious incongruity is due to lack of biblical understanding of what it means to be a Christian. The true and authentic Christians are those who have crucified their Old Self with Jesus and have become new creation. Though, they still live in the world but they are dead to the flesh and its passions, dead to sin and its consequences, dead to the world and its attractions and dead to death itself. Life for them now is only an opportunity for Christ who lives in them to manifest Himself in them
