Say HiSickness and disease are consequences of the old (Adamic/sinful) nature becauseeverything God created was good and perfect (Gen. 1:4-31; Psalm 139:14). Despite the Fall, God made a way for humanity. Through Jesus, we are delivered from theshackles of sin, sickness, and death (Isaiah 53:4-5 CEV). However, God’s ultimate goal for His children is not just salvation from sin, sickness, and disease, but to betransformed into His likeness (2 Cor 3:18; Eph. 4:13).
