Divine Appearance for Supernatural Exploits (2)
10/01/2021 Duración: 01h27minSay HiA major challenge before us as individuals, families and church this year is to know God. It isclear from Daniel 11:32b that our ability to do exploits for the Lord in 2021 and beyonddepends on how much of the knowledge of God we have.It is therefore my earnest prayer that we all shall grow fatter, taller and deeper in ourknowledge of God this year in Jesus’Name - Eph. 1:15-20.Meanwhile, the journey to knowing God starts with Divine Appearance. In other words, if theLord has not appeared to you and does not continue to appear to you, knowing God would bedifficult. We all therefore need to pray that the Lord would continue to reveal himself to usagain and again this year and the rest of our lives. This is because, the more the revelation ofGod you have, the more the knowledge of God you possess, and the more the exploits you willperform for the kingdom of God.CLICK HERE TO READ MORE

The Book Of Daniel (Part 3)
30/12/2020 Duración: 01h31minSay HiThe book of Daniel is the 27th book in the Old Testament. It is classified among the Minor Prophets. No doubt, the Lord in His mercy has prepared a table before us from this book in 2021. It is my prayer that none of us will miss his or her portion in Jesus’ Name. This thus challenges each of us to take this book (and the entire scripture) seriously in the coming year. We must endeavor to hear it, read it, memorize it; meditate on it and obey it. May the Lord help us as we do these in Jesus Name.1. Authorship· Internal evidence attests to Daniel’s authorship. The Lord Jesus Christ agreed with this position when he quoted from Daniel 9:27; 11:31; and 12:11.· Daniel was of the tribe of Judah and possibly a descendant of the royal Davidic family - Dan. 1:3-6. His Jewish name is Daniel and it means God is my judge. He was given a Babylonian name, Belteshazzar, meaning “protect his life.”· He was born around 620 BC. He was taken into Babylonian captivity at the age

The Power Of Testimony
20/12/2020 Duración: 35minSay HiINTRODUCTIONToday is testimony Sunday. A time set aside to tell of God’s righteous deeds, His saving acts, His mighty acts, His marvelous deeds (Psalm 71:15-17). Sharing testimony is one of the good practices gradually disappearing from the church. As it used to be, it is no longer part of the modern day church life to regularly share testimonies. Even though God has been good, most believers (for one reason or the other) keep quiet as if they have not experienced supernatural interventions. And because of this morbid silence to God’s faithfulness, mercy, love and goodness, the church today is missing greater demonstration of God’s grace (Acts 4:33-34).DEFINITION OF TESTIMONYMerriam Webster defines it in several ways, one of which is, “Firsthand authentication of a fact: evidence.” But for for the purpose of this exhortation, TESTIMONY is:-An open acknowledgement and declaration of God’s goodness and power by an individual or group of people.-Simply sharing what God has done for you.TRUTH ABOUT TESTIMON

But The Disciples
13/12/2020 Duración: 43minSay HiTOPIC- “…BUT THE DISCIPLES…”BIBLE PASSAGE- MATTHEW 19:13-15Message Prepared and Presented by Rev. Mrs. Bosun Adegboyega on Sunday, 13th December, 2020 during her worship serviceINTRODUCTION- As we gradually close the curtain on the year 2020, we can say, indeed God has been good to us as individuals, family and Church. Though it was a year filled with many ups and downs and many of us have had a share of the good, the bad and the ugly either directly or indirectly; we still saw God as He showed His Supernatural Light and Glory and extended His mercy towards us. That is why we are alive today and still standing. However, having discovered that our God is good, we also come to the point where we take stock of how we have done as children of God particularly in our service to Him and our relationship with others. Our focus from the text today will be on the following:1. The People’s Request2. The Disciples’ Résumé 3. The Disciples’ Reaction 4. Jesus’ Response A. THE PE

Moving Forward (Workers Retreat)
09/12/2020 Duración: 01h29minSay HiMOVING FORWARD: FROM SUPERNATURAL LIGHT AND GLORY TO SUPERNATURAL EXPLOITSThe year 2020 is an historic year. We sensed from the onset that there would be thick darkness over the land in the course of the year, but none of us imagine it was going to be this challenging. As we were coming out of the Covid ‘19 pandemic, we were greeted with the #EndSARS protest and its attendant problems. It will be difficult to forget the events of the year 2020 in a hurry. In all, we have every cause to yet appreciate the Lord for His mercies that has shielded us from the disasters of the year 2020 (Psa. 57:1). Thank God for His supernatural light and glory...CLICK HERE TO READ MORE

Don't Give Up
06/12/2020 Duración: 46minSay HiThe year 2020 has been quite eventful.Despite the numerous challenges we have gone through this year, we still have every cause to celebrate God’s goodness and mercies.Meanwhile, due to the challenges of the year 2020, many of us may have become weary in our faith. Worse still, as some of us take stock of the year, we may begin to wonder what we have really achieved. The outcome of such stock taking could not only be worrisome, but could be very depressing for some.Consequently, many may have lost hope, not just in themselves, but in God. Some may have given up, not expecting anything good to happen to them in the rest of this year. Some may even be contemplating suicide now!The Lord has however sent me to tell such people this morning, not to give up! God is still in charge and He has the final say! God can still do a lot for you in the 24 days left in 2020. So, thus saith the Lord: "don’t give up!" 1. Don’t give up your love and devotion to God - V.5-10.The story of Zechariah and

The Fruitful Vine
25/11/2020 Duración: 56minSay HiThe Lord designs every Christian and Church to be fruitful. Fruitfulness has to do with a life of positive impact. It is a life that counts. It is a life that flows with God’s blessings. Such life is characterized by genuine Christian Character and soul winning.Seven insights we can glean about the fruitful vineyard from our text include:God has zero tolerance for fruitlessness - V.1-2a.It is evident from both the Old and New Testament that God has zero tolerance for fruitlessness. The option for a fruitless vine is to be cut down.Judgment awaits every fruitless vine.Don’t be a fruitless vine;God will cut down every fruitless tree - Lk. 13: She enjoys divine privileges - V.2b; Isa. 27:2-3; Lk. 10:17-20; 13:6-9.The divine privileges that go with fruitfulness are many.It is my prayer that we all shall begin to enjoy the benefits that go with being fruitful. She must constantly depend on the Lord - V.4-5, 6.It is great folly for a believer to depend on self or any other thing or person other than the Lord

Mephibosheth: So Blessed But Crippled
22/11/2020 Duración: 56minSay HiThis message is a character study. We trust God to draw some lessons for our personal, family and congregational lives. I appeal that nobody should take offense about the character used for our study. It is not meant to spite or insult anyone.A. Who is Mephibosheth? The only known surviving son of Jonathan - 2 Sam. 4; V.3.His name means “utterance of Baal.” What a name! I can’t imagine Jonathan giving his son this kind of name. This was perhaps the reason for the misfortune he suffered later in life. Be careful about the kind of name you bear and the kind of name you give your children. He was lame on both feet - V.4He was not born lame but became lame accidentally at the age of five when his nurse was running away with him - V.4.He experienced unusual favour - 2 Sam.9:1-13.Against protocol, Mephibosheth experienced God’s favour. He wasn’t the only one left of the household of Saul. There were others, but Ziba particularly mentioned the one that was be of interest to David.Mephibosheth was brought from sec

The Disciples Appointed and Commissioned
18/11/2020 Duración: 01h21minSay HiKingdom work is so large in scope that no individual Christian, family, Church or organization can do it alone. More hands are required from time to time to meet up with the task of advancing the Kingdom of God.In the above passage, Jesus appointed and commissioned additional 72 disciples. They were to go "... ahead of him to every town and place where he was to go."A. Definitions.· Appointed is same as chosen or selected.· Commissioned has to do with "authorization or command to act in a prescribed manner or to perform prescribed acts." It could also mean "authority to act for, in behalf, or in place of another." B. Appointed and Sent: 7 Ideas to Share.1. The need to be grateful to God for being among those appointed and sent - V.1 cf. Jn. 15:16; 20: 21; Judges 1:4-7.It is a unique privilege to be appointed by God to kingdom service.Of the thousands following Jesus all over the place, just 72 were select

Celebrating God's Mercies
15/11/2020 Duración: 20minSay HiMercy according to the dictionary is to show “compassion or forgiveness toward someone whom it is within one’s power to punish or harm.”Robert Young’s on the other hand explained Mercy to be as following: “kindness, loving kindness, pity, compassion, beneficent,” etcThe Almighty God has indeed been so merciful to you and I, especially since the beginning of this year. That we are alive despite going through the valley of the shadow of death of 2020 is a miracle of God’s mercies. If there is anything to be thankful to God for today, it is to appreciate Him for His boundless mercies over us all. Why Celebrate God’s Mercies?1. We have been Preserved by His mercies - Lam. 3:22What does it mean to be Consumed? It means the following: eat up, devour, ingest, swallow, gobble up, wolf down, gorge oneself on, feast on, etc.It also means to destroy, demolish, annihilate, lay waste, wipe out, raze, gut, ravage, ruin, wreck, etc.Wow! Thank you Lord for your mercies! 2. The mercies of God never fail - Lam. 3:23God
