I often compare Salon ownership to an ongoing game of Tetris.  You’re always trying to move the pieces around: your team, your sales, and your clients, to make them fit perfectly together and win the game of mastering a successful business.  The challenge of this is that the pieces are always moving and are unpredictable (humans!!) and while the more experience you have in running a Salon, the more ‘in control’ things feel, there is still lots of uncertainty, you often wonder what will happen next…what move will you have to make….  It’s not often I get to introduce a guest on my podcast for the 5th time…but Stevie is an exception!
