The terms of your employment can’t be changed in a significant way. You get overtime even if you are on salary. If the business is sold, you don’t have to accept a job with the buyer. The size of the company doesn’t matter when it comes to severance. You are likely owed more severance that what you have been offered. You have a right to the same job after maternity leave. You can take a very long disability leave and still remain employed. Doing some things wrong does not mean you can be let go for cause.
