At this time of the year, indeed the end of the Toastmasters year, Paul turns his attention to the subject of handing over the leadership roles and responsibilities to the new teams. ______________________________________________________________________ This is episode 3 from Programme 42 of the 2021/22 season - published on Jun 19th with Ted Mellamphy & Paul O’Mahony, produced and edited by Moira O’Brien DTM.
