Have you ever had a BAD APPLE on your Salon team? That one person in your Salon or Spa's team who just can't seem to get it right...  And it starts to affect the rest of the team.    This person’s behaviour starts eating away at you, and you find yourself thinking about it all the time. Like in the middle of the night. It’s CONSTANTLY worrying you.  Chances are - if you have someone in mind right now... they're the bad apple.   I know how tricky it is when this situation arises.
