From Morocco to Montreal to Miami, Mehdi Khachani certainly networked his way through building his thriving real estate business. His formula is simple: do the things you love and everything else follows. In this episode, Mehdi shares his journey of transitioning from his engineering job to doing full-time real estate investing, along with his wife. Together, they formed a real estate company which they’ve vertically integrated, doing property management, working with investors, brokerage, and general contracting.
