In this episode we have guest Bobby Grubbs, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and a Licensed Clinical Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LCADC). Bobby will discuss how he got into his career beginning at the age of 19. He will speak to his experience working with adolescents, and how they process trauma and go through counseling. In addition Bobby explains the use of Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), something he is formally trained in, and how it's used as a form of trauma therapy.
