On this episode we talk about purchasing with the right mindset. Should you as a fist time home buyer purchase a home for the long term future or for what you have going on right now?I am a firm believer in purchasing a home, as a first time home buyer, for the right now or the soon to be future. You should purchase a place that makes the most sense for your family/pet status right now rather than a house that you will need 10  years to grow into. Life throws curve balls and when it comes to your first house the FOREVER home will be at the top of your budget and take the most to maintain. Its a learning curve and you want a home that you can maintain and keep up with. And there is not time limit on how long you have to live in a home.
