Whiskey Business had the pleasure of hosting the inventive minds of Columbus’ own Echo Spirits for a tasting of their brand new Straight Rye Whiskey. While their outstanding rum made with molasses AND sugar stands alone in its excellence, Joe Bidinger and Nikhil Sharoff put their love for whiskey history and tradition to work with a straight rye whiskey.
