One of my favorite bible scriptures is Hebrews 12 which says: “For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.”   In order for you to lead yourself and thus ultimately lead others, it starts with self discipline.   If you can have more discipline in your life, business, relationships, money, etc. This will ultimately lead you to self mastery.   And once you reach self mastery... that will lead you to Monetizing your Gifts and Talents.
