Deliver It Cast

  One of the hardest parts of being a Product Owner is to find the required balance between so many seemingly competing directions and demands. However, it’s best seen not as a battle of opposing forces but a connectivity of interdependent aspects. Between teams and customers, technical and business, high and low levels. One should not dominate the other.
