Mixing family issues with money issues and making it all flow smoothly isn’t always easy. The emotional aspects of each often co-mingle and blend, but having the ability to celebrate each win together – as a family – is an incredible feeling. I am incredibly honored to have my son, Phillip Lechter, as well as my husband, Michael, be a huge part of many of my businesses.
