Dr. Shrinker’ style of music can be described of a blend of thrash metal, death metal, progressive metal and hardcore. The term the band coined back in the 1980s for their brand of music is ‘Gore Core’. “Dr. Shrinker’s first go-around was back in late 1987 – early 1991. In 2013, three of the original members decided to reform the band. The remaining original members are Rich [Noonan on vocals] and Jim [Potter on guitar].
