The end result is lots of men, and boys trying to become men, who don't have it all together, but are driven into isolated silence. This is neither sustainable, nor even human. This narrative hurts men, and ultimately hurts the women in their lives too. Aynsley Silva has build a practice almost exclusively on working with men.
