When Peldi Guilizzoni decided he wanted to be a solopreneur, he didn't realize he was about to build something that was going to be so successful. Scaling to 3000 customers on his own, he decided he needed to build a team.  Once he realized he needed to bring on team members, remote was the only way to go.
