The Bible teaches that God is ALWAYS good! Jesus is the GOOD Shepherd. Jesus went about doing GOOD and healing all who were sick. Romans 2 says that it's the goodness of God that leads us to repentance. Therefore, we must be established in this powerful, unwavering truth that God is ALWAYS good, and that His goodness never fluctuates or changes at all!
