It's the end of Pride Month, so we delved deep into the topics that matter to Sydney's queer community. First up, Shami Sivasubramanian spoke with Associate Professor Doctor Jason Ong about why gay and bisexual men born overseas aren't seeing less HIV diagnoses overall, in comparison to people born in Australia. They also look at PrEP medication, and policies that need to catch up with the times. After, Jasmine Ligaya from All Out Blacktown breaks down misrepresentations of the LGBT+ community in Western Sydney, and how more conversations and less preconceptions can help set the record straight.
