Yet another member of the DC animated universe, Static Shock is the Emmy award winning story of an African American teenager named Virgil Hawkins, who gets electricity powers after a bunch of gas explodes in the middle of a gang war. Over the course of four seasons, Static Shock featured two crossovers with Batman the Animated Series, one crossover with Batman Beyond, and a crossover with Justice League (featuring Batman).
