There are many schemes that have made the various business ventures successful to the point that their stock is traded on Wall Street. This is why prisons are on the stock market. One of the means for prisons' ongoing success is the fixing the criminal justice system which is it's diabolical scheme to stack all white juries during the trials of African-Americans. This premeditated, illegal, draconian scheme for all-white jury is synonymous to a high-tech lynching.
