My name is Dennis "Solo" McKeithan, and I'm a prisoner held at SCI Greene prison, Pennsylvania. A lot of times, people here have talked about being in the RHU, which is the Restricted Housing Unit, which is a prison inside a prison. In the Restricted Housing Unit, you have [inaudible] custody and administrative custody. Administrative custody is supposed to be non-punitive, but in reality, it is a continuation of the punishment under the guise and label of administrative custody. You still locked in 23 to 24 hours a day. You get one hour, five days a week, exercise at a dog kennel-type cage. You have no other human contact. You are handcuffed behind your back whenever you come out for a shower which you only get 3 showers a week for 10 minutes, each. You are fed through a slot in the door, and you get depleted portions of food. You may get two pieces of broccoli, three spoons of potatoes. So being in the RHU, you're definitely- constantly abused, constantly being exhausted and tired. I was placed on administr
