Reverend Edward Pinkney from Benton Harbor, Michigan. I was sent to prison for- for- for a charge that was- it never existed. There was no such charge as forgery on the recall petition. The Berrien County sheriff department, the prosecutor office, and the judge was all working together to send me to prison. They figured if they can stop Reverend Edward Pinckney, they could stop the movement that is happening in the city of Benton Harbor. They came out with an all-white jury that was motivated by something other than the truth. It came directly at Reverend Pinckney and his friends, but they only charged Reverend Pinckney with five counts of forgery and six counts of allowing someone else to sign the petition twice. The charges of allowing someone to sign the petition twice, I was found not guilty on all charges. But the five felony counts of forgery, they found me guilty and they sent me to prison for 30 months. 30 incredible months. Who would believe it? Only in America with absolutely no evidence. None.
