Today I have the special honor of speaking with Na'ím Paymán, founder of Keezark, a short term rental company that started in 2015 and has scaled to around 400 units, a mix of managed, master leased, and owned, and the creator of Zeevou, a Short term rental PMS/Channel manager. In this episode, Na'im shares his journey of short term renting to basically survive and how that turned into a profitable business, how he scaled from 0 to 400 properties in a few short years, why he created Zeevou, as well as his strategic moves the hotel space.
