Our interview guest is Tom Hebbert, VPPR of Spa Speakers in Leamington Spa, England. He is the first VPPR from the 200 plus clubs in District 71 to be pulled out of the hat for interview on the show. ______________________________________________________________________ This is part 1 from Programme 14 of 2020/21 season - published on October 23rd with Ted Mellamphy, Moira O'Brien & Paul O’Mahony.
