Following on from last weeks segment on "Controlling those Nerves", Moira talks about what you should do in the five minutes before you go on stage to give your presentation, prompted by a video published by the 2001 World Champion of Public Speaking, Darren La Croix. ____________________________________________ This is part 4 from Programme 25 of 2019/20 season - published on February 24th with Ted Mellamphy, Moira O'Brien & Paul O’Mahony. The show is in four parts and usually has this format: (1) Introducing a “Thought for the Week” and a “Word of the Week” together with general conversation arising out of these two topics.
